Notes by Shirley Clark: My mother's name, Amy Mason, appears as the last one on the births chart.  However, there is no notation of her marriage on the "marriages" chart. 

Comparing the handwriting, it is evident that it was all done by the same person and is the work of Marquis D. Mason, father, except for the last notation on the marriage page which appears to be different.

One possible explanation is that since Marquis D. Mason died in 1908, the last name, referring to the marriage of Donald Mason and Margaret Cline, married June 2, 1911, was added by another person, and possibly with the death of her mother Amy Louisa Mason in 1912, the Bible had changed hands before the marriage of my parents, Amy Mason to Wilbur Everett in 1914.  Thus no notation added.
